The Engineer was great, the staff on the end of the phone.

An absolutely amazing outstanding service from start to finish, booking an appointment made very easy to a phone call to let engineer is on route to peters assessment no hard sell no call out charge. To outstanding workmen ship for a door not being able to open which is now fully functioning after 10 years,I would fully recommend GDF

It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. After contacting the office Carl arrived just after 2.30 hours. Very helpful and polite offering an excellent service. I would highly recommend him again.

The cable of our door had twisted over the spool. They weren t able to fix it due to it having rusted through, but they came out the following day and fitted a new door. The service was quick and reliable and the door fitted is of good quality. Standard of workmanship is also good.

Paul came to see me the same day I rang for help. He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.

I had a brilliant service from a technician from GDF Huntingdon yesterday. I had been advised not to use my garage up and over door as it was very unsafe by another company when they visited for a quote. I then as one should ,decided to get GDF Huntingdon for a quote . The engineer fully examined all parts of the garage door and said the door was perfectly safe to use . Yes it was old but certainly did not need to be replaced unless I wanted a different type or coloured door !, How very refreshing to find a company with staff who are really honest, polite and explain exactly what needs or not to be done. I will definitely go back to this company if and when a fault occurs or new door is required. Thank you GDF .Highly recommended.
